The Film Institute is a pioneering Polish production house, operating as a joint-stock company, that passionately shapes the future of cinema. We bring together leading experts from the film and finance industries to create innovative productions with high artistic quality and impressive commercial potential. We support both established masters and emerging stars, providing comprehensive care at every stage of film creation – from idea, through financing, to distribution and global promotion. We believe that an effective producer skillfully combines the expectations of investors with the artistic vision of creators and the needs of the modern audience.

Radosław Jarecki

Chairman of the Board

Probably the first Polish producer who personally supervises the entire film production process. He combines years of business experience with a passion for cinematography – he has managed both a 500-person trading company and the production of popular films.

He is a proponent of the practice that a producer should be present at every stage of film creation – from securing financing to overseeing creative teams through post-production. He takes care of both successful collaboration on set and adherence to the established budget, artistic effect, and commercial success. He prefers to create films that not only entertain but also educate and inspire viewers. He advocates for modern film technologies and focuses on developing young talents. Since 2017, he has been collaborating as an investor with Patryk Vega, with whom he has successfully produced 10 films together.

He independently produced two films: “Bachelor Party” and “The Influencer's Girl,” which had their theatrical premiere in 2024 and were acquired by Netflix.
